BVBX Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Usage Policy

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In the context of these BVBX Terms & Conditions:

• "BVBX Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the domain bvbx.best.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with BVBX.
• "Betting" covers all online gambling activities including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, and e-sports.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of MYR held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus cash, or other rewards offered by BVBX to its members.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use BVBX services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be legally resident in Malaysia and eligible to use online gambling services under local laws.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Have never been banned or blocked from using any BVBX platform previously.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.

During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. BVBX reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a MyKad, passport, or other official documents — at any time. False or misleading information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

BVBX supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Supported Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported local banks.
• Minimum Deposit Amount: MYR 20 per transaction. Maximum limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days once all verifications have been completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• BVBX reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, as a measure against financial fraud.
• Any withdrawal request involving funds derived from bonus abuse will be cancelled immediately.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

BVBX offers a range of attractive bonuses, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and cricket. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
• Each bonus is valid for one (1) account, one (1) IP address, one (1) device, and one (1) payment method only.
• BVBX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

5. Betting Rules & Platform Activity

All betting activity on BVBX must comply with the following rules:

• The results of all games and sporting events are final once announced by the BVBX system.
• Any technical issues that occur during a gaming session will be reviewed by the BVBX team. Results recorded prior to the disruption will be considered valid.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific technical circumstances as determined by BVBX.
• BVBX reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any member's bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden.

6. Member Responsibilities & Account Security

As a BVBX member, you are fully responsible for the following:

• Keep your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, including any access by a third party resulting from your own negligence.
• Report to the BVBX support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information — including your email address, phone number, and payment method — current and accurate at all times.
• Taking full responsibility for your own betting decisions. BVBX does not provide financial or gambling advice.

7. Account Closure & Restrictions

BVBX reserves the right to take the following actions in the event of a terms violation:

• Temporarily suspending or permanently closing any account reasonably suspected of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.
• Withholding account balances pending the outcome of an investigation, or forfeiting them entirely if fraud is confirmed.
• Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the BVBX support team. Any valid balance will be returned once all reviews have been completed.

8. BVBX Liability Limits

BVBX shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses arising from a member's own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet failures, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Data loss resulting from unforeseeable technical failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the BVBX platform.

BVBX's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These BVBX Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process. Members agree to first attempt resolution through BVBX support channels before pursuing any further action.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

BVBX reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the BVBX platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
